  1. The contractor undertakes to maintain secrecy about all business matters of the client that come to her knowledge, in particular business and trade secrets.

The contractor is entitled to process data transmitted to it or otherwise entrusted personal data within the scope of the purpose of the contractual relationship and to store this data even after the end of the contractual relationship if this storage or processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the order or of legal obligations (e. g. data for invoicing).   4. The client also has the right, under the conditions of the regulations of the DSG, to demand the deletion of his data. However, this right will only be complied with if the contractor is not legally obliged to store the personal data.

  5. I collect personal data when you provide it as part of your order or when contacting me (e. g. via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases the data is absolutely necessary for the execution of the contract or for the processing of your contact and you cannot complete the order or send the contact without providing it. Tracking of the use of the website:

The website https://www.worldofword.org serves to provide general information about offers and services. During use, the following technical information is collected:

 

  • Date and time of access,

  • Accessed sub-websites and files,

  • Access status of the web server (success or error messages),

  • Type and version of the browser used by the user,

  • Type and version of the operating system used by the user,

  • Device type (smartphone, desktop PC, tablet, etc.),

This data is collected to maintain the functionality of the internet offer as well as for statistical evaluation and, if necessary, for internal troubleshooting. They are stored for seven days and then automatically deleted.

Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer, but serve to make the website more user-friendly and effective. The session cookie is automatically deleted after you close your browser.

  • Deletion of personal data stored about you if it is no longer required for the fulfilment of our tasks, if you revoke your consent to the processing or if there was neither a legal basis nor your consent to the processing,

  • Restriction of data processing if the accuracy of the data or the lawfulness of the processing needs to be verified,

  • Transferability of personal data to another data controller, if the data processing is based on your consent or a contract and no legal provision prevents this,

  • Objection to data processing, provided that no legal provision prevents this.

  • Insofar as the data processing is based on your consent, you may revoke this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
